This painting was done from the Accademia Bridge  In Venice. Probably, one of the most painted subjects in the world but  something every artist has to paint at least once. The sparkle starts to come on the water around 9.30am to 10.00am and is seeing it’s first glimmers  is about as near to heaven of anyone could hope to be.
