Kenwood House from the Lake Side (10″ x 12″ unframed size)

This painting was completed during the third week of April during a week of clear blue skies and temperatures around 16c. Although Kenwood house is painted a brilliant white it is rarely visible as such as it reflects the surrounding light and colours. On this day it reflected the blue and pink tones of the sky.
